Modular Office and Workshop

Sunbury asked us to create them a modular office/workshop with the dimensions 12 x 16m (40 x 52ft). We had the task of incorporating office space into a large workshop which had both standard & accessible toilets.

The unit’s exterior was clad with Norclad timber cladding which gave the modular office a modern yet natural finish. Access to the workshop was provided by two personnel doors and a sectional door for goods in & out. The workshop has sloped access leading towards the building.

As shown in the image, the building has a steep sloped roof which is unusual in standard modular building construction, this highlights our adaptability to the client’s design & operational requirements. The floor for the workshop had to be hard standing concrete to allow for heavy plant access.
